The three-side sealing bag making machine adopts an imported PLC with centralized control via a human-machine interface (HMI). It features stable performance, easy operation and maintenance, with a switchable Chinese-English operation interface. All parameters of the machine are displayed in real-time on the HMI, including presettable bag making speed, bag length, temperature, counting, and finished product conveying. Equipped with LPC automatic deviation correction, double photoelectric tracking for unwinding, and automatic constant tension control, the machine achieves AC frequency conversion and constant-speed automatic feeding.
Batch Feeding Function: The workbench is equipped with a batch feeding function, and the batch quantity can be preset.
Punching Mode: The punching mode of the three-side sealing bag making machine can be set to continuous, intermittent, or stop, and the punching time is presettable.
Specially designed as a dual-purpose machine for perforated continuous roll flat bags and perforated continuous roll vest bags, the three-side sealing bag making machine uses computer control and a stepping (servo) length-fixing system to minimize sealing and cutting dimensional errors.
